Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – AUD $5.00
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – AUD $15.00
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days – AUD $25.00
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lush & Etch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
At Lush & Etch we take great care in packing your custom items. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us first — we’ll do our best to help replace the item or assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages once they’ve been shipped. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or it goes missing in transit, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Returns Policy
Because all our items are made to order and uniquely personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right!
Please note: We cannot accept returns due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect spelling or details provided at checkout), so be sure to double-check all personalization info before placing your order.
